Enjoy! "As I sort through my wood to find the perfect piece for a handle, I am amazed at the amount of quality material that has come from you, especially in my [native] Australian timbers. I just wanted to thank you for that contribution to my efforts. Also, yours is the only wood that is consistently dry, flat, and well prepared, and that saves me loads of time!"
Figured wood, spalted, burl wood, and ironwood, pen making
supplies, turning wood blanks.
This is the most extreme amboyna
available. They are lions blood with the richest most intense
colors and tightest pin you will find. Ultra rare. Very
hard. Note the lack of open pin.
Wandoo Eucalyptus wandoo
This wood comes from the arid outback of Western Australia.
Eucalyptus wandoo is an ironwood. When finished into a pen the
heavy weight feels good in your hand. These have the bonus of
fine birdseye figure and they will make lovely pens. I know
you are going to like this wood. It is quite rare and beautiful.
Bloodwood,
Brosimum paraense
Vivid red, chatoyant wood. Hard, dense and heavy.
Argentine Lignum Vitae,
Bulnesia sarmienti
Great smelling, ultra-hard and good looking wood for
incredible pens. These blanks have the chatoyant chevron pattern on
the sides and are flat sawn faced so the grains and their strong
color variegations will unfold nicely on your finished work. These
blanks are especially colorful.
Like Lignum Vitae except for a bit less oil and lighter color to the
wood. One of the hardest woods on earth yet it cuts like butter with
carbide blades because it is self lubricating. Very nice.
The finest ebony. These are colorful heartwood
and are cut from an old curly billet. Flawless, crack free, very
hard, very stable,
old and dry, fine ebony wood pen blanks. Ends sealed.
Black Mulga
Acacia citrinoviridis [Desert Acacia]
The wane areas in this last group available should turn
out revealing stunning edge figure, sapwood, and color
on premium rare black mulga. Shown dry not wetted.

Bubinga
Guibourtia tessmannii
[Variegated block mottle figure]
Bubinga is referred to by some woodworkers as African
rosewood. It is a hard and heavy wood. This set has the
rare beeswing curl figure and strong color variegations.

exceptional board as pictured and are the highest grade
available.21 available]
